Oak Tech (OAKT) 9.51 -0.50: Reports Q3 loss of $0.12 a share, $0.01 better than the First Call consensus of ($0.13); revenues fell 2.7% to $27.73 mln from a year-ago of $28.50 mln. Company expects Q4 revenues to increase by approximately 30% to 40% sequentially. Expects to approach breakeven pro forma net income in the June quarter of 2001.
