Amy: What are your thoughts about what will be the "first IP to go" in such a venture? Hopefully, it's limited to Geode. Anything else would be suicide. I wonder if X86 is even allowed according to the agreements between Intel and AMD? OTOH, AMD is desperate to build fabs using other people's money. Also, isn't there a restriction on computer IP transfers to "unfriendly" countries? China may be getting all too friendly, lately. Additionally, only transferring the process technology is scary. China can already make multiple 100's MHz parts... Smooth
