knight8z: Michael Eisner is the entertainment industry equivalent of Lou Gerstner of IBM -- all smoke and mirrors. IMO, Disney is one of the most mismanaged companies out there, especially in view of its priceless franchise and film library. Over the past 5 years, it has appreciated only 50% in the greatest bull market in history and it has lost money for investors over the past 2 years.

There are many companies and stocks where your money will be better treated going forward.
