I would also like to get ahead of a probable concern that some people may have regarding Canadian companies. This is a Canadian company trading in the US and will issue an audited fiancial in the near term. The audit will be done August 31 and will be reported as soon as it is official. The company is well aware of the problem of being a BB company from Canada. The numbers have to be consistent with what is being said and they need to be appropriate. I raised the issue with them and they are sensitive to it. I did not like raising it because it has a big brother U S tone to it. The company was not irritated with me and we conversed about the Canadian issue. The company is well aware of the need to be fully reporting and forthright. They knew the consequences of going down any other path before I asked the question and the NASDAQ rules.
