PDYN has stabilized. 85% institutional trades per Iwatch. Since stock went up 4%, this is a good sign of institutions buying into the stock. 500K went to institutions. 5 sell messages of 200K seem to be false sells as no 200K sell order went through. Sometimes a flushing by them to see if anyone else plans on selling. Jack
