Is Verifone building a new HQ's in Santa Clara?

I was just in Santa Clara at the Santa Clara Convention Center on Great American Parkway and I saw a new building going up across the steet (on the corner with Tasman?) from the Conv. Crt/Weston Hotel & Great America Theme Park and I think it had Verifone's name on the sign as the owner of the soon to be built property.
