Mark, they indicated they are going thru with it in the next month and if not successful, will make other arrangements. It appears though according to 10K that their banks are requiring this financing and it will be replacing other bank debt due next year. I am getting a little fatigued by this company with respect to their bottom line. I discussed PGTZ with a local analyst a year ago and the conclusion was that all its expansion and acquistiton had resulted in a "mess" from cost point of view. I talked to Bill Thale some time ago and he indicated they were working thru these matters to get the different costs, benefit plans etc harmonizized etc and were going to hold SGA at the present total numbers not %. But as you can see this has not been possible and their high costs have continued so no bottom line to speak of. As a local announcer says "And thats my opinion.!!!"
