You will find a language option in your browser. This determines how the browser interprets the streams of 1's and 0's that come at you over the web. More than likely, if you try to change it through the menu, you will find that you only have ONE option, being North American/English. If you want other options, you have to specify this when you download the browser. With the other options installed, you can switch your browser back and forth from English/Chineese/etc.

Not to be a conspiracy theorist, but I've noticed that not one of the major browser vendors (Microsoft/Netscape) has a language option for Chickese. This is just another way that the man is coming down on me....
