There will be lots of time for recriminations after the flames are out....but doesn't the EPA and other agencies cut any of the brush??? I can't even imagine how terrible it is to have more than 1/6 of our forest burnt....plus all the animals who live there... I feel so very sorry for the families of the fallen firemen, but for all of the firemen and their families. What a really very necessary, but terrible, job.
