A friend who had to evacuate sent me this:

As we were getting ready to leave, I decided to put out a supply of cat food for our raccoon friends and started out for the back patio and there were 4 of them standing on their hind legs with their paws up against the sliding glass door trying to get in. Just broke my heart.
