lol. here's a conspiracy for you... today on CNBS appeared a partner from Palmer & Dodge. he explained his "concern" that the SEC was overstepping its authority by requiring the recently-announced CEO attestations. cross-referencing Palmer & Dodge hits in Edgar with the list of companies on the SEC hit list produced the following names: CMGI (CMGI) Genzyme (GENZ) Teco Energy (TE)
