I think practically/sadly that there is more....

The underwiters presumably have the right for a certain period after the secondary to take up additional shares. Do we know how many.

The lesson must be:

BE VERY CAREFUL AROUND SECNDARIES. THE PRICE IS LIKELY TO DETERIORATE WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF AND AFTERWARDS.

The professionals of course have clear timetables and amateurs should decide whether or not they wish to remain shareholders until the scondary has been completely sold and all additional shares have been purchased thus allowing the stock to regain it's unimpeded upward direction.

I thought that the last time I saw this it was due to market factors but seeing a re-run ( and that could mean much less than $25) it seems to me that this is the rule. The professionals know it and the amateurs ( yes I know....... invest only for the long term etc etc)need to watch and keep eachother informed so that we can be as wise as the thirty year old geniuses that run the majority of the worlds savings.
