The Republican Party is not winning the hearts and minds of independents, that's for sure. And with three weeks to go before the vote, it would take a dramatic event to change that situation.

I am afraid I don't agree. I think they are all working to hard at it, most Americans see the "Foley Scandal" for the hysterics it is, and from the Democrats here are SI you can smell the desperation. I think like everyplace else the media slant the questions so the polls say what they want. Having the polls say what you want causes a problem, you don't hear the truth.
