I predict that a buyout will occur after a shareholder lawsuit is started based on the under reporting of previous drilling results, management's violations of feduciary duties, etc. DBRSY would like to avoid that mess.

On the other hand, they could wait until the pre Y2K market crash and offer a 100% premium to today's price ( about $3.75 US ).

Or, they could make us wait, and wait, and wait, and wait.

Question: when was the last time DBRSY bought out a partner, and how much did they pay ? Question #2: Is Fidelity still long ??

Thanks...Mark
