Hmmm, I think that the potential for hiring foreign mercenaries will be limited to what is needed for the purposes of media lies about "coalition involvement".

The scenario that I think is playing out is to contract out the nasty stuff to Bush campaign donors where "plausible deniability" is needed, or to bring on the rent-a-cops.

DynCorp, Wackenhut, Carlyle, ICI of Oregon, Vinnell are among the contractors I can think of off the top of my head.

I'm wondering if we can come up with a more complete list?
