Or at the very least, wrap the company into a reverse mortgage and sell it to the SEC, to whom we've inadvertently pledged our DCTC souls anyway, at least according to DCTC.

After all, George, you're the RE guy. Aren't reverse mortgages for people tired of waiting to die poor?
