Don,

I'm repeating here a post I've just placed in the ILDF Discussion Forum at: ildf.com because I can't type as fast as you guys. And, maybe the extra exposure will attract more interested parties... ;-)

QUOTE--------------------------------
Dear Val, Tom, DD and all,

I share your outrage and disappointment in the workings of
the Judicial System.

Val, in addition to your suggestion that we check into the DOJ
website for possible paths to redress, I wonder if we can, in
some PUBLIC way, solicit past performance histories and outcomes
of prior court cases involving the three judicial participants,
namely: Judge Frank R. Munroe, Trustee Randolph N. Osherow and
Trustee Frank M. Laphen?

Perhaps someone knows of a website where judicial failures such
as happened here can be outlined and examined in detail, naming
all the participants, with the goal of improving the system
overall and making it fairer and more responsive to the average
Joe/Jane. The present system appears much too vulnerable to
corruption, to say the least.

Regards to all... my apologies for not responding sooner.

Special thanks to Val, Tom, & Don.

Jim
