I read that the upgrade from the completed NT 5 32 bit to the 64 bit version will not be that difficult. I also read that pigs may fly. :) Seriously though, you're probably right, but I still don't think NT 5 will make it out until the second half of next year. Since MS will be migrating consumer users to a consumer a version of NT sometime after NT 5 is released, it doesn't give Apple much time to shine with OS X. Except for the fact that Mac OS X will be so far ahead of NT 5 in features, ease of use and elegance, of course.
