Ed, Thanks for your comments on SFY.

One of my questions re their asset sale negotiations is what the impact of the increase in NG prices could have in the the negotiation. Specifically, when their sale negotiations started NG under $4 seemed like a price that would extend into the future for some time. Now it is clearly possible that the price could exceed $5 this summer.

With this price change in place KWK's expectations likely changed so that their negotiating position changed in that they hopefully raised their asking price. In my experience changes like that within an existing negotiation are very disruptive.
