From the NR on 2-6-23 Phase 2 Testing Results -

"Next Steps Toward Commercialization

Zentek has shared the Phase 2 report with Federal and Provincial organizations for their review and analysis of the results. This is a step in the Innovative Solutions Canada commercialization pathway that could lead to potential agreements to sell ZenGUARD™ coated HVAC filters to governmental organizations.

Zentek is also continuing:

  • To optimize the Company’s product offerings by testing various configurations of HVAC filter materials coated with patented ZenGUARD™ technology at LMS technologies in the United States.
  • To work with the Pest Management Regulatory Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency for regulatory approvals in Canada and the United States respectively.
In addition, the company is reviewing a report from Intertek Group PLC that provides an overview of regulatory requirements in other geographies of interest to assess commercialization opportunities across the globe."

Always interesting to see what ZEN said more than a year ago and what has transpired in the following 14 months. Did we file or apply for EPA approval in the States as stated above? Did we act upon any information the Intertek Group provided for selling our filters elsewhere in the World?

And they wonder why us shareholders are very restless or down right pissed. And no I will not call GF or FD to ask them to answer these questions because they cannot answer these questions to us.
