Yes, it appears to be legal for Dave to be sending investors the news releases before they go out for public view. I have been invested in Tilton's stocks, and I am sure others on this board have also (TNRG, GMCH, to name a couple.) T.A.P., was sending news releases out regularly to us, and it made us "longs" who were in the know, very well off. I watched TNRG that I owned from .03, climb all the way to $1.05, and obviously did very well averaging $.81 / share! The difference is the Tilton's stocks needed the constant PR's to continue the upward momentum,,,,not enough to keep the constant interest from investors (longs and daytraders!). NPEC is strong and has a huge future and will continue to climb. Soon we will be wondering about the NASDAQ and how long does NPEC have to be trading above $4 to be put on the NASDAQ!!! Give it a couple of months, and I bet these type questions will be all over our boards!! This stock quite easily could see the .75 range this week!! The question is where will the base be by week end!!! I bet around .49 - .55 !!
I guess the question I have is where will be open tomorrow?? The bid/ask will be going crazy from 9:20 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. EST Tuesday!!! Unfortunately, I will be on a plane for business landing around 9 a.m. You bet I will be breaking from meetings regularly to see the explosion of the "lack of shares"....Happy Holidays everyone!!!
