I did have lots of hesitation in replying to your post. Simple reason being , that I'm not a spokesman for the company, only a shareholder like yourself who takes time, out of courtesy more than anything else, to provide less informed with the new developments that are taking place, and of course my personal analysis of the situation at any given time. I did take my time and effort to attend AGM where the concerns that you have were addressed, and I came out of the meeting satisfied. My feeling is that no matter what explanation I would provide you with at this time, would not be enough. I do understand your frustration and I believe that many of us are going through the same emotions at one time or another.
I'm not completely disappointed that I wasn't able to fill my orders to buy SGGNF at this time. My present position is large enough to reward me handsomely for my patience. The only, and I repeat THE ONLY reason I did place orders to buy is the weakness in the price of stock and my desire to take advantage of the situation. I would have done the very same thing with any stock that I hold position in. Having a bit of knowledge in regards to NASDAQ and related exchanges I did realize that it might be a difficult task. As retail investors we do have a tremendous responsibility to find the information we are looking for first hand. This opportunity presented itself during the AGM. Anyone neglecting that opportunity has nobody else to blame but himself. Broadcasting on the internet that you and your group will sell shares unless we provide answers won't make you any money. Personally ........that's your loss. I will not attempt to convince you. Any decision you make will justify your personal judgement.
