Just curious about a couple of inconsistencies.... "Forward looking statements (statements which are not historical facts) in this release are made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995......" In the above standard disclaimer, what exactly are "(statements which are not historical facts)" From the 6/25/99 PR..... www1.newsalert.com "Executive Vice President Dick Weiner announced today that the newly acquired* Palm Springs Television Studios will open officially for business on July 1, 1999...." Isn't "acquired" the past tense of acquire? Doesn't that imply historical fact. From the 7/22/99 PR: www1.newsalert.com "....an unsolicited offer from an investment group which is interested in exploring some type of business combination. At this time the investment group is not* a shareholder of "GAAY"....." At what point in time did this "investment group" gain "control" of GAAY and/or acquire interest in TVB and ATV? Bill
