Hello, all.

I checked the North Dakota District Court's system for the Alien complaint. It has not yet been posted online, and it may not be until next week that we see it since the Court's online filings are up to date through 5/30 only.

I want to compare IN's patent portfolio to the patents Alien is attacking. I will also check out Alien's own patents, not that I will necessarily understand them.

Remember, I am not a patent lawyer, just a semi-educated layman, at least in this area, but I will chime in probably next week. One thing that stands out in my mind, of course, is the success of IN's early start licensing program. It seems to me that the market has the best antennae for things like this. In this case, the end users paying the fees probably made a pretty darned informed decision concerning IN's IPR.

Wonder who shorted IN on the way down?
