I also posted this over on Yahoo's New D board:

Yesterday morning (Tuesday, June 2) while the market was open, Goldman came out with a press release announcing that they were initiating coverage of five Israeli companies. Among them was New Dimension, with some nice comments about the misunderstanding that investors have about the company. Below is the part of the press release that relates to New Dimension:

Goldman also added New Dimension Software (DDDDF - news), a developer of systems management software for mainframe and distributed computing environments, to its U.S. and Emerging Europe recommended lists.

''We believe New Dimension is still being judged on past management and financial problems. However, in our view, the company has engineered a successful turnaround, which has not yet been fully recognized by investors,'' the report said.

''We believe New Dimension can sustain earnings gains of 30-35 percent over the next few years (with 1998 and 1999 estimated growth of 50 percent and 40 percent, respectively).''

Goldman set a 12-month price target of $37, against the current $27-1/4.
