What Pakistan problem,it is more like a pain the a$#@ at best. Must be a severe case of hemorrhoids, looking at the reaction ;-) Anyway, since the rest of the body is in such wonderful, world-beating condition, ;-) they have to concentrate only on their a**es and let the rest of the things take care of themselves!
