to a large degree, yes.. so does cheese, which has trans and cis fat. cis fat is not that bad. the trans fat in cheese is OK too as it not toxic like the trans fat in heated oil.

kiefer yogurt is a liquid yogurt that is richer in bacteria.

any bacteria rich food helps move fat through the intestines.

eat organic cheese sparingly too, as the milk from non organic dairies has bad bad stuff in it. loaded with insecticide and toxins and hormones from milk producers greed. this stuff is deadly. also irradiated skim milk may have a problem in that it generates excess homocysteine as the b2 is leached from it. milk should be fortified with b vitamins if it is to be fortified with d. bad thinking on the industry's part.

stick to olive oil, no more veggie oils, non organic oils

read udo erasmus, "fats that heal, fats that kill". more or less on the money.
