Re: Global Telecom & Technology warrant "Z" (GTLTZ.OB) The chairman of GTLT.OB, Brian Thompson, currently controls ~65.5% of the total shares outstanding, as per this 6/1/2009 SEC filing: finance.aol.com If a bidder came along at the right price, Mr. Thompson could unilaterally make such a takeover happen quickly. This filing also mentions holdings of the GTLTW.OB and GTLTZ.OB warrants by the 2 dominant insider entities. After trading around 65-75 cents for many months, the GTLT shares have risen above $1.00 over the past 2 weeks and have traded as high as $1.40.
