Fibe,
I like the area, good companies, just a lot of pricing pressures. The management of these companies is top notch and they should be able to make cuts and adjustments to address these concerns. Most of the companies I like are trying to get more into the upper end- enterprise hard drives area, the upperend, higher margin products. We all know that 3.1 gig hard drives which were unthinkable about 2 years ago, now go for $200 in Comp USA, etc.

Nonethless, my approach to this sector is a long term one. It will take a quarter or two to work out the problems. Nonetheless, somewhere before that, these stocks should recover. Consolidation would be nice.
