I've flown first class on three airlines in the last few years: Alaska, American, and Mexicana. On all three, first gets you a special check-in line (and use of the first-class lounge).

Here in the US in no case did it get a special security line.

HOWEVER, in Mexico City, that was one of the perks of first class: open a door in the first-class lounge (and accessible only through it) and voila! there was your own security checkpoint. Nice.

Fair? No.
