Most people, I know use TC2000 Pro or Quotes Plus, both will provide a total update or one based on a scan. you don't need to use downloader. a few things to look for in a data vendor. automatic update of name change,errors,splits and IPOs. a download of all stocks, mutual funds, indices quickly - <2 mins an ability to scan or pull data based on TA or fundamentals. ====================================== With the QP ver 2 beta, I am testing, I get that and alot more. Ver 1 while not as complete beats the other vendors out there. Within less than a minute,I have data ready to go in MSWIN.
