I was struck by the lucidity of the President's opening remarks. I loved the following:

I understand the conventional wisdom, it's over. You've got people who are dancing in the end zones and they're measuring their drapes in their new offices.

It's not over. We've got the issues on our side.

The Press just can't stand that the President is on to them and won't let them trip him up.
