Ipso, that was some very interesting information. Thanks for posting. I think it's a very good sign that MVEE is close to filing regardless of the reason. The fiscal year ends Nov. 30 (I think??). A full report in December will give us something to chew on. As the Yahoo poster suggested, perhaps their willingness to file does reflect something good having taken place with "Speedway" and "Delta". Pure speculation, I know, but not totally lacking in rationality. Regards, Suzanne
