Tuesday, 6 May 2014 09:21am EDT Swift Energy Co contracts for additional firm transportation What I found interesting is SFY's other long term NG gathering contract is with KMI. This new deal is on their Fasken area acreage with Howard Energy Partners and could grow over time as they develop that field. It seems that many of the other larger developers are creating MLP entities which allows the partners to monetize their investment. I see this deal w/ Howard a new growth area for SFY. Now with their Indonesia money partner and Howard Energy Partners making their big investment in the NG gathering infrastructure, SFY could ink some sort of deal that creates a MLP NG gathering & processing company w/ all three participating in the deal. What's your take? EKS
