Good morning Sonki, (OFF TOPIC) Sonki, you really do need to enjoy life. Life is not just work. Unless of course, you are like my sister and just love to work all of the time. That sounds great about you retiring in Florida. You would really like it as it is a great place. I can't imagine living any where else and would not want to. When I was a kid living in New Orleans, whenever we went on a vacation, it was to Florida. I did have a great birthday and got a year younger here. About the taxes in Florida, we do have intangible taxes, which is tax on things like stocks. (outside of your IRA and real estate is not taxed.) The weather here has been spectacular here lately. I hope that you are getting back with your project. It is so so important and needs to be done on a continuous basis. Believe me, I know how hard it is because it is for me too. I have to force myself. Do get your ISP fixed. It will probably just take one phone call.
