The Cold War is still on: Russia developing mobile nukes under Putin, nuclear missiles still pointed at us, nuclear technology proliferating around the world.

The largest Russian missile base is on hair trigger alert (Nova/PBS show) and has 350 times the firepower of Hiroshima. Missileers won't hesitate to push the button.

That's their largst site (so they say) but it's not the only one.

Putin was very pleased about the mobile nukes last summer.
