Good question, JAS as to why we don't see any record of the deal with Gardt; I'm sure it was some sort of private placement, but 24 Million shares outstanding is supposed to be the total even after the SibMach --please correct me if I'm wrong. As far as the 144 that is on Edgar that you refer to, Diversified Marketing Concepts LLC would be none other than the owner of the Internet domain name Wallstreetwest.com, which is operated by Mr. Fleming, AKA Beermeister: Leah Industries original stock promotion and PR company, whose shares could not be sold until April 1999.
