WH does trade bb stocks online. I have bought mgau and mxam several times with webbroker. I can't verify Canadian stocks.

One caveat though, I placed a sell order for mgau at the bid and the order was denied as being too far from the bid/ask, and I was leaving for work and didn't have time to call the broker.

I emailed them and received a reply that this has since been corrected, but it cost me. It is now down about 40%.
