Parcival, I totally disagree in what you are saying. Maybe you're right and this has been discussed on several articles, but IT IS NOT TRUE. I come from Venezuela (if you didn't know, the largest supplier of oil for the US). Venezuela just open the oil sector to private foreign investment, and reseves are being discovered every day. Reserves for PDVSA (Venezuelan giant oil company) have never been higher. regards Mandinga
