While I wish Jim Nelson the best of luck,I have just been advised by a former shareholder of DGSD to be very very cautious regards this company.There are things about this that as of yet just don't make sense and that includes the wording of the deal with MSFT.And yes it makes no sense that MSFT would buy into a reverse split---too,too many unanswered questioned. Anyone investing into this I feel,IMHO,should do so only with what they view as "throwaway" money--as right now it is all rumour and conjecture and all that stuff.max90
