Thanks for the analysis, Robert. Sounds right to me. Is the full text of the Microsoft-First Data announcement posted anywhere? Is there an SEC filing involved?

Since Bill Gates can afford to lose billions, I figure he's one of the few who might pose a long-term challenge to Ckfr. Therefore, I'd like to keep a good watch on this.
