To Steve, I"m guessing there might be some accounting charges associated with the on-going merger agreement. However, with the deal actually occurring in the second quarter logically that would be the time any charges would be announced. If the merger is not reflected in 1Q then why the hell is this thing languishing in the lower 30s???? There has got to be something else going on here besides a few silly downgrades!!!! LETS TRY TO MAKE SOME $$$$!!!!!
