Oh dear. So the dll files that Gary posted didn't do the trick? I've been hoping today that those files would solve the problem for you. (Update: I just went back and read your earlier messages tonight, and see you're finally able to download: "When the drop-down box appeared for me to enter the ID/PW, I didn't bother, but simply pushed cancel. Voila, the download started." That's good news, even though you're still getting the drop box.) Brooke
