Opec is meeting and hoping to cut production......
That's the only reason for the rise.

However wells are being closed down all over the world...
Daily production is droping just from the weight of small suppliers
trying to stay alive. But unless the smaller oil producing countries
stop production like Venezuala the market should remain fairly flat
atleast through the end of this year. BWDIK
Maybe the war developing in Turkey will cause the price to rise?
