That would be discrimination, pure and simple. What if a man wants to go into the Lady's room and whiz standing up?

I guess what goes around comes around. Roman public toilets were social gathering spots with no barriers and no separation of the sexes.

The only solution I've seen that makes any sense is airport facilities where there are suitable rooms for men, suitable rooms for women, and rooms for families where they can take care of their babies.

If we are going to let people decide what sex they are after the fact, then we need to have three classes of restrooms. Male, Female, and Both, or maybe four, families only.
