S.C. delegation, opposed to Sandy hurricane aid, wants flood help now. Seems like they have had a change of heart. How to pay for it is no longer a top priority. In January of 2013, 5 House Republicans from SC and both Republican Senators voted against Sandy Aid. Hypocrisy!
