George - was at the Memphis event last week, and have only been reading your stuff recently. Have thoroughly enjoyed it thus far.

At this point, I have a question - does your Telecosm stuff look almost totally at the technological angles of development? What about the consumer aspect? What about companies providing Customer Management capablities and other such front office/customer interfacing capablities? What do you see happenning on this front - if at all?
