SGD's 2 Q turn around - could be profitable - new products Advt. expenses for April were heavy but drop off in May and June according to plan . Sales to-date looked good but too early for a 2Q forecast . New skin-care product roll out of the "ethnic" line under the trade name "Belliza Latina" is scheduled for June . It will be placed in select market areas first such as California and Texas , then in July nationwide with "intro" advertising . Note that many of SGD's major retail vendors (Walmart , CVS , Rite Aid/Payless , Walgreens , Longs Drugs) advertise independent of SGD . For example , Longs advertised SGD's AHA in Calif. newspapers today . SGD has one claim left to collect on the EPA insurance matter for $600,000 and is scheduled for a hearing this year . The family lawsuit from filings and discovery to date appears groundless to SGD per a phone update with them last week . Regards, Jim K.
