Tranche Buyers can buy absolutely any number of shares up to the amount we are authorised to issue. As this seems to be a very US deal then US buyers will buy in USDs, spending up to USD$50m which is the maximum we might seem to want in cash, and the maximum this document seems to set in place. In theory we would double the current float if, say, they bought at US 0.50 per share. That's an example and not what I expect the price to be at which shares are sold to the buyer. God Forbid. We need some good revenue news, or the buyer's hand gets even stronger and the issue price of each tranche gets smaller.
