Anybody want to explain the legal nuances that would allow one of the 1998 Arkansas school shooters to be out on bond on any after release offence? Sure, our joke of a juvenile legal system lets him walk at the age of 21...but I'd be damned straight to hell if I would have ever cut him any slack after that.
